Bishop and Co-Pastor Weems are the Pastors of Community Deliverance Temple, Inc. of Vero Beach, Florida.  They have pastored for the past 20 years.  They are members of the Kingdom Covenant Fellowship under Apostle Dannie L. Williams of Leesburg, Florida.  God has tremendously blessed the ministry as they reach out to their community and communities around the world to be a blessing.  They make themselves available to the body of Christ to speak in conferences, revivals and seminars.
